He majored in Consumer Economics and Finance at the University of Illinois.Thomas Sutker serves in dual capacities as BlockArrow's CEO and Head of Investor Relations. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Thomas holds a degree in Consumer Economics and Finance. As the driving force behind BlockArrow's fundraising efforts, he works closely with the administrative team and F.G.M.K to ensure the company's financial success. With his extensive experience in fund operations, Thomas adeptly leads all initiatives related to securing capital, further bolstering the company's growth. ​​

Since beginning his journey in the cryptocurrency markets in early 2017, Thomas has developed an extensive understanding of the macroeconomic factors influencing the crypto market. His leadership and expertise contribute significantly to BlockArrow's growth and reputation in the industry. ​

Sam brings five years of IT experience in software and code testing to BlockArrow's due diligence team. Since 2022, he has been deeply immersed in crypto, growing a portfolio that represents the majority of his personal assets. Sam is an LP in Fund I and a committed investor to BOF, combining technical expertise with investor discipline.

Dylan Gold serves as BlockArrow's Chief Investment Officer, responsible for actively managing the fund's portfolio. Dylan has earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and has completed certificate courses in alternative investments from Harvard Business School. With over seven years of experience in the cryptocurrency market he has demonstrated a keen understanding of investment strategies and market trends.
