Thomas Sutker
Thomas Sutker is CEO and Head of capital formation at BlockArrow. Thomas oversees operations, compliance, and fundraising. Active in crypto since 2018, he brings a strong macro lens to the firm. He authors the fund's monthly investor letters, known for clarity and insight. He majored in Consumer Economics and Finance at the University of Illinois.
Dylan Gold
Dylan Gold is CIO at BlockArrow, leading portfolio strategy. With over a decade in crypto, he's highly technical and on-chain daily, with deep familiarity across execution and liquidity, custody and wallet infrastructure, and protocol-level dynamics. He managed BlockArrow through multiple market cycles and was an early investor in Solana through Fund I. He holds a degree from the University of Colorado and certificates from Harvard Business School.
Sam Isaacson
Sam Isaacson brings five years of experience in information technology, specializing in software, application, and code testing, to BlockArrow's due diligence team. Since 2022, he has been deeply immersed in the cryptocurrency space, growing a portfolio that now represents the majority of his personal assets. Sam is a LP in BlockArrow's Fund I and a committed investor to BOF. Sam combines technical expertise with investor discipline, making him a valuable contributor to BlockArrow's research and evaluation process.
